In February, Games Workshop is putting on a two week virtual celebration of the fiction of the Warhammer universe. Articles, videos, new books, and even a model will be released during this time.
Headlining the event is the release of The Swords of Calth, featuring Ultramarines captain Uriel Ventris. Graham McNeill's novel follows Ventris after his transition to a Primaris Space Marine.

Along with the release of this novel, Games Workshop is also releasing a new model of Captain Uriel Ventris. He shows off his new Primaris upgrades, and available for the first time in plastic. Ventris comes with rules so you can play him in your Ultramarines Warhammer 40,000 list.

Lastly is a fancy Ventris bookmark?

The second book in Dan Abnett's Bequin series is being released. This marks the ninth entry in his Inquisition saga. Penitent follows up the first entry, Pariah, by following Bequin as she investigates the King of Yellow. She continues to work for fan favorite, Inquisitor Eisenhorn.

Black Library is also releasing an art and reference book called Liber Xenologis. It is written from the perspective of rogue trader Janus Draik from the Blackstone Fortress game. It explores the different alien races of Warhammer 40,000. For big worlds like Warhammer, I highly enjoy these sorts of releases. I still have my Star Wars Encyclopedia to this day. And pins if you are into that sort of thing.

Some classics are getting a refresh as well. There is a 20th anniversary edition of Hammers of Ulric, the graphic novel Bloodquest Vol. 2. and Reader's Choice editions of Dead Men Walking and Darkblade: The Daemon's Curse.
